About Us

A native of Sevier County, Troy enjoyed a 40+ year career at Magnavox where he was a lead engineering manager. At Magnavox, Troy learned the value of quality work and integrity – both important aspects that he brought to Manning Windows, which he founded in 2006. Troy brings a customer’s point of view to the business of home replacement windows. Before being a provider he was a home owner who bought replacement windows for his own home.

Troy is also active in his community, as a member of Jones Chapel Baptist Church and The Gideon’s International, where he has served for 37 years. Troy and his wife, Joyce, live in the Flat Creek Community of Sevier County.  They have three daughters, two sons-in-law and five wonderful grandchildren. Troy can be reached at troymanning@bellsouth.net.

photoDerek brings a unique mix of experience to the team.  With a degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College and years of outside sales success, Derek looks forward to continuing the strong values that have already made Manning Windows great.  With stops at Lowe’s and 84 Lumber, Derek understands the ins and outs of replacement windows and having been a customer of Troy in the past is able to look at things from both sides of the table.

Derek enjoys UT Sports, cooking, and traveling with his family.  Derek, his wife Kelley, and their son Jackson live in the Cedar Bluff Community. They attend West Park Baptist Church. Derek can be reached at derek@manningwindows.com.
